Cuisine Solutions is seeking a marketing manager to support our brand marketing initiatives with a primary focus on our Ironman partnership activation (March–October 2026). This role blends strategic brand marketing support with hands-on partnership execution, serving as an ambassador of the Cuisine Solutions brand across all touchpoints. The position requires comfort with significant travel during race season to ensure flawless on-site brand presence. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as a brand ambassador representing Cuisine Solutions at Ironman events and with key partnership stakeholders Develop and execute marketing copy for partnership communications, event collateral, email campaigns, and internal updates Support day-to-day marketing operations including project coordination, asset management, and administrative tasks requiring marketing judgment Nurture partner relationships to optimize collaboration and output across activations Coordinate on-site brand presence at Ironman events, including expo booth management, athlete sampling, and VIP experiences Liaise with Ironman event teams to ensure contractual deliverables are met with brand excellence Track activation metrics and compile performance insights to inform partnership strategy Support broader marketing team initiatives. Key Qualifications: 3–5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated understanding of brand strategy and positioning Agency experience preferred – comfort with briefs, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration Strong copywriting skills across multiple formats (email, collateral, social, internal communications) Project management ability with attention to detail and deadline discipline Relationship-builder who can represent the brand with professionalism and warmth Comfortable with heavy travel during peak season (15+ race weekends, March–October) Experience in athletic, endurance, or wellness marketing is highly valued Bonus: Background in food & beverage or hospitality marketing
