Element Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a prestigious Bristol School, who are in need of a Content and Marketing Assistant for a 9-month MAT cover. This is a great role with lovely perks like free lunch, access to the gym, free parking as well as working in a beautiful setting.
You’ll lead on key digital projects and you will be creating content for internal and external comms.
Full time working, however reduced hours during school holidays will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of a new organisational website
Work with internal stakeholders to build new webpages and refresh existing content
Maintain the current website throughout the transition period
Support a weekly pupil-led Marketing Group in creating topical video content
Manage social media channels, particularly Facebook and Instagram
Create an annual content calendar showcasing organisational life and key global celebrations
Assist with graphic design tasks and the creation of visual assets
Provide general support to the External Relations/Marketing team
About You
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Skilled at adapting tone and content for different platforms
Organised, able to manage your workload and meet tight deadlines
Proactive and confident in solving problems
Desirable experience includes:
Website maintenance and page creation
Use of email marketing software
Experience within the education or not-for-profit sector
