This role offers the chance to drive social media engagement and growth across multiple client accounts in a fully remote, flexible environment. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The position involves collaboration with designers and other marketing professionals to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. Success in this role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt messaging to different platforms and target audiences, while contributing to the overall marketing strategy and growth objectives.

Accountabilities

Write and publish engaging social media posts, stories, and videos across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest

Create effective ad copy and manage social media advertising campaigns

Assign graphic creation and collaborate with designers to maintain high-quality visual content

Conduct research on marketing trends and client-specific demographics to inform content strategy

Plan and implement strategic campaigns to increase audience engagement and reach

Analyze campaign performance and optimize content and ads based on insights

Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all social media initiatives

Write and maintain blog content to support marketing goals

Requirements

Proficiency in English (C1 level)

Strong experience with social media ads, including Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Proven experience in social media content creation and account management

Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish

Experience analyzing social media metrics and campaign performance is a plus

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment
