Client Strategy & Account Leadership
Serve as the strategic marketing lead for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring alignment between business goals and marketing execution. Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing plans and campaign strategies across digital, content, social, PR, and brand initiatives. Lead client meetings, present strategy, and guide clients toward smart, growth-focused marketing decisions. Campaign Development & Execution
Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns including social media, content, email, web, and brand initiatives. Ensure consistent brand voice, message clarity, and high-quality standards across all deliverables. Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in execution when needed. Digital, Social & Content Strategy
Guide social media and digital strategy with a strong emphasis on storytelling, thought leadership, and brand positioning. Collaborate with internal content, design, and PR teams to create cohesive multi-channel campaigns. Ensure performance tracking and optimization across platforms. Project Management & Internal Coordination
Own timelines, scopes, and workflows for multiple accounts using Small Giants’ project management system. Work collaboratively with designers, strategists, PR, and leadership to ensure flawless execution. Uphold the agency’s standard of responsiveness, accuracy, and reliability. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs. Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to clients. Use data to refine strategy, improve performance, and inform future planning. Qualifications
4-7+ years experience in a marketing, account management, or strategy role, ideally within a B2B marketing or integrated agency environment. Industry experience working in or with commercial real estate, construction, professional services, or similarly complex B2B industries strongly preferred. Strong strategic thinking paired with excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships, lead meetings, and serve as a trusted advisor. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with ClickUp, Basecamp, WordPress, Hootsuite, Cision or similar platforms. Willingness to travel across Small Giants offices and as needed to support collaboration and client initiatives. Digital & Social Media Mastery: Oversee and execute dynamic digital campaigns with a heavy emphasis on social media storytelling, ensuring content is optimized for engagement, brand consistency, and platform-specific growth (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Consultative Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s team, practicing deep empathy and active listening to anticipate needs and deliver Platinum-level service that builds lasting trust. Project Management & Operational Excellence: Own the lifecycle of multiple complex accounts, utilizing rigorous project management skills to ensure all deliverables meet our Brand Promise of Responsiveness — on time, on budget, and error-free. Tactical Execution: Assist in the hands-on execution of tactical marketing plans, ensuring that daily deliverables and campaigns are implemented effectively and on schedule.
