The Role This role is for someone who wants to

master LinkedIn .

You’ll work closely with content engineers, GTM, and leadership to study what works on LinkedIn, amplify high-performing content, and drive real engagement with the right audiences. This is not a scheduling role. It’s a learning, experimentation, and execution role at the center of a high-performing content engine.

What You’ll Do

Research top-performing posts, formats, hooks, and narratives

Track engagement patterns and report what’s working and what’s not

Support content engineers with research, examples, and insights

Monitor trends across B2B, SaaS, and GTM conversations on LinkedIn

Help test new posting formats, cadences, and engagement strategies

Maintain high-quality brand voice and professionalism in all interactions

Manage day-to-day LinkedIn engagement across executive and brand accounts

Thoughtfully engage with ICPs through comments, replies, and conversations

Increased meaningful engagement from target ICPs

Clear insights into which content and formats perform best

Strong feedback loop between engagement, content, and GTM

Executives feel supported and well-represented on LinkedIn

Who You Are

Curious and analytical about why content performs

Strong written communication and good judgment online

Active LinkedIn user who understands platform norms

Organized, consistent, and reliable

Interested in B2B, startups, and GTM

Experience managing executive or founder LinkedIn accounts

Background in content, marketing, or community management
