What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as the primary subject matter expert for legislation across North America and Canada, ensuring high-quality legislative datasets
Define content acquisition requirements and provide expert guidance on conversion rules and publication workflows
Develop and implement content strategies aligned with customer needs and global product roadmaps
Manage cross-workstream dependencies from acquisition through to publication, ensuring consistency and compliance
Collaborate with various teams to optimize tooling, workflows, and editorial processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Law degree (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in legal research, editorial roles, or legislative content management
Proven ability to lead agile ceremonies and apply agile methodologies in a content or technology environment
Demonstrated AI fluency, including practical experience with AI tools and automation in editorial workflows
Strong understanding of legislative frameworks and processes in the relevant jurisdictions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Practice experience in legislative or regulatory work
Project management experience (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Expertise with emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional teams
