What You'll Be Doing

Produce high-volume print and digital materials using Adobe InDesign, including data merges and automation.

Design a wide range of marketing assets such as brochures, ads, signage, and social content.

Develop concepts, storyboards, and final creative for campaigns across channels.

Film and edit videos for use on social media, websites, and promotions.

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative work.

Manage and update marketing assets, pricing data, and promotional content.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.

Continuously improve creative processes through new tools, automation, and cross-team support.

What We\'ll Need From You

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or currently working toward one) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign (data merges, automation, scripting)

Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, scripting tools, and plugins like in5; knowledge of PIMCORE and Shopware is a plus

Excellent attention to detail, particularly with pricing and promotional accuracy

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools like ClickUp

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Video editing/production experience is a plus

Proven ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative assets

Pay Range

$20 - $22/hr depending on experience

When and Where You\'ll Be Working

Part-Time Position (Up to 30 hours per week)

Flexible Hours

Monday- Friday (7:30am - 5:00pm)
