This role requires someone who thrives in complexity — managing significant budgets, multiple campaigns simultaneously, and driving measurable acquisition results across diverse markets. What This Role Is

This is a

performance ownership role , not an agency oversight position. The team is seeking someone who: Has managed

$50K–$100K+ in monthly paid social budgets Has operated at scale with real campaign volume and velocity Understands acquisition tradeoffs and scaling guardrails Is comfortable making budget allocation recommendations to executive leadership Success is measured by

sales and memberships , not engagement. Key Responsibilities

Paid Social Ownership at Scale Own end-to-end paid social execution across

Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat Manage significant monthly budgets ( $50K–$100K+ ) Oversee multiple campaigns across diverse markets and states Shift spend dynamically based on performance signals and market-level results Establish efficiency guardrails to ensure spend scales responsibly Acquisition & Performance Management Drive primary outcomes:

Net New Members, sales volume, and CPA efficiency Set and manage benchmarks around: Blended efficiency targets Monitor marginal returns and adjust budgets accordingly Make clear recommendations on where spend should increase, decrease, or reallocate Develop localized, market-specific strategies across multiple states Customize targeting, creative, and budget allocation based on regional performance Understand local demand dynamics and optimize accordingly Technical Execution & Tracking Discipline Operate directly inside ad platforms daily (no agency-only oversight) Own UTM tracking, placement, and naming conventions Maintain rigorous tracking hygiene to ensure accurate performance measurement Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative, messaging, audiences, geo strategies, and offers Interpret results and rapidly apply learnings across campaigns and markets Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration Partner closely with Creative, Data & Analytics, CRM, and Revenue Operations Present performance insights and budget recommendations directly to the CMO, SVP, and VP of Marketing Clearly communicate paid social’s business impact beyond platform metrics What We’re Looking For

2+ years of hands-on paid social experience operating at meaningful scale Experience managing

$50K–$100K+ monthly budgets Strong understanding of acquisition KPIs and scaling efficiency Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests Deep familiarity with UTM tracking, naming conventions, and performance measurement hygiene Experience operating across diverse markets and states (localized strategy required) Comfortable shifting budget across platforms based on performance data Ability to clearly explain performance and recommendations to executive stakeholders First 30 Days

Deeply understand existing media strategy Learn performance drivers and churn vs. acquisition dynamics Audit tracking structure and campaign hygiene By 60 Days

Independently create, launch, and optimize campaigns Manage budget allocation across markets and platforms By 90 Days

Clearly articulate paid social performance and business impact to executive leadership Provide strategic recommendations on scaling and efficiency Monday & Friday remote Tuesday–Thursday in office Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Collaborative, energetic, team-oriented culture
