We are seeking a Marketing Manager to strengthen our presence in the community, grow patient referrals, and support the expansion of our services.

Position Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase patient referrals, build strong community relationships, and enhance the visibility of our practice. This role will collaborate closely with physicians, leadership, and referral sources to ensure consistent messaging and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services across multiple locations.

Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners.

Coordinate community outreach, events, and educational seminars to promote services and strengthen brand recognition.

Analyze referral patterns and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Partner with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals, including service line growth and new location launches.

Partner to create promotional materials and oversee brand consistency across all platforms.

Manage vendor and advertising relationships, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

Partner to manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, online reputation, and patient engagement campaigns

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be substituted for formal education.

3–5 years of marketing experience (healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred).

Strong understanding of referral development and healthcare marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
