
The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the execution of Sulwhasoo’s PR and influencer marketing initiatives, helping bring the brand’s heritage, innovation and storytelling to life across earned and creator-led channels. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of agency experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented and eager to grow within luxury beauty marketing.
Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, the Specialist assists in day-to-day program management, including media and influencer outreach, campaign coordination, gifting, reporting, and content tracking. The role plays a key part in ensuring programs are executed seamlessly, on brand, and aligned with broader marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing influencer strategies across hero launches and always-on campaigns. Manage product send outs, briefs, timelines, content tracking, and communications with agency partners. Monitor performance metrics (EMV, impressions, reach) and support campaign reporting. Support planning and execution for press events, influencer moments, and luxury activations. Assist with collateral development, vendor coordination, product ordering, shipping, and onsite execution. Help bring creative concepts to life with a modern, elevated aesthetic. Lead organization and execution of influencer and VIP mailers (product ordering, packaging, logistics). Develop luxury gifting ideas aligned with key launches and brand storytelling. Maintain PR product inventory and tracking systems. Manage POs, invoices, vendor setup, and budget tracking for the PR team. Maintain calendars, timelines, and internal organization systems. Partner with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Creative, R&I, HQ) to keep deliverables aligned. Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or public relations. Experience supporting influencer marketing, events, or high-touch gifting. Proficiency in Google Workspace; Canva/Adobe or CreatorIQ/Traackr. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Luxury mindset and strong aesthetic sensibility.
