Our client is a global risk analysis and insurance brand based in Jersey City. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute a global social media strategy across platforms to build brand awareness and drive business results, engagement and favorability. You will support thought leadership, problem-solving content and relationship building, and integrate social media into broader marketing and commercial strategies. The social media team works closely with many functions within the company including but not limited to, Public Relations, Internal Communications, HR, and Product and Brand marketing teams. Jersey City , NJ, office, offering a hybrid work environment with in-office work 3 days/week, and reports to the VP, Corporate Communications. THIS IS A TEMP TO PERM ROLE. Responsibilities

Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals (leads, brand awareness), as well as marketing and brand objectives. Oversee social content calendar and content strategy, including development of platform-specific content (video, articles, polls), that tells stories, educates, solves problems, and humanizes the brand, often leveraging internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and showcases expertise (thought leadership). Develop and manage organic campaigns, and drive traffic and conversions. Ensure representation for all events, employer programs and key initiatives. Actively manage online communities, accelerate employee-advocacy program, foster conversations, and identify and leverage trends. Set and align expectations and influence of partners within the organization. Use data to inform strategy and recommendations. Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement, reach, leads) to demonstrate ROI. Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns. Stay current with algorithm changes, new platforms, and B2B best practices. Evolve and implement strategies for handling negative feedback or brand-related issues. Qualifications

8+ years of professional social media experience in a complex international organization Must have some experience in B2B social media, content marketing, and campaign management Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling abilities. Deep understanding of social media tools, analytics, and emerging technologies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Pay up to 60 per hour Hybrid in Jersey City Start date mid February
