Marketing Communications Associate (Temporary) Term:

Full-time Temporary through May 29, 2026 Responsibilities

Creates day-to-day posts for MidPen's social media channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Assists with producing collateral and materials such as newsletters, press releases, award submissions, event swag, flyers, and digital ads Updates sections of MidPen’s corporate website as needed Supports the planning and execution of MidPen corporate and employee events Works collaboratively with key team members, departments, clients, and vendors Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 1+ years of experience in a similar industry or sector OR equivalent professional experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; familiarity with Loomly, Salesforce, Wordpress, Canto, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus Ability to travel to events and properties as needed Must possess a valid California Driver’s License, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable transportation Commitment to MidPen’s mission, core values, and guiding principles Physical Requirements Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks Frequently sitting Occasionally stand/walk, reach above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, lift/carry/push/pull objects up to 15 pounds Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl Pay Range $46.40 - $52.00 Hourly. Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications.
