Winston Retail is excited to partner with Superbike, the world’s lightest and most advanced e-bike series, for a new pop-up location in San Diego. A Brand Ambassador will represent Winston’s clients by promoting products, educating customers on features and benefits, and driving sales in a retail environment. They will ensure strong execution of visual merchandising and meet performance goals. This role may involve working independently or as part of a team, depending on the project. Equal Opportunity:

Promote a culture that strongly represents the Superbike brand and delivers an elevated customer experience through engagement, test rides, and product education. Work to achieve sales goals and deliver superior service. Partner with the team to drive multiple transactions, productivity, and store performance. Ensure merchandising follows client-provided planograms and store standards. Elevate staffing, product, or signage issues to Winston Regional Management when Store Sales Manager is not on-site Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization for a seamless shopper journey. Act as the primary contact for customer escalations and feedback when Store Sales Manager is not on-site Adhere to all Winston policies and procedures Adhere to all store policies and procedures. All other work-related duties as assigned by Store Management or Winston Regional Management. When applicable, smartphones are required for reporting: iOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest Project Parameters
Understand brand standards and product knowledge. Engage with customers to promote the selling of Superbikes. Understanding of Superbike POS systems. Trained to schedule and host test rides. Guide clients in the Superbike technology and speak to the attributes of each model.
