Overview
Job Summary
The Content Manager will be working a hybrid schedule in Lansing. Onsite from day 1, twice a week. Local candidates only (must be located within 75 miles of Lansing, MI).
Responsibilities
Provide WCAG 2.1 AA testing and remediation for Sitecore Content Management Solution site and CMS content.
Perform Sitecore designer and author tasks; remediation of digital content includes PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and images.
Structure documents, tag content, add alt text, establish logical reading orders, and ensure accessibility compliance.
Accessibility testing to ensure conformance to ADA requirements, specifically WCAG 2.1 AA.
Work independently under MDCR direction and prioritization following e-Michigan web content standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience with ADA remediation.
3+ years of experience with Sitecore Content Management Solution.
Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA Guidelines.
Experience with ADA testing tools.
Strong background with ADA remediation of digital content including PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and reports in multiple formats.
