Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator at Trilogy MedWaste, you will play a key role in executing and supporting a variety of internal and external marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and promote our services. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate across teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, manage creative project timelines, and ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our organic social media platforms, including planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of sales and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Content Updates: Maintain and update content templates across platforms such as PowerPoint, Canva, and SharePoint to support internal and external initiatives — including training materials, internal communications, intranet resources, and customer-facing presentations.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Event Support: Assist in the coordination of events, trade shows, and partnerships including pre-event planning and post-event follow-up.
Digital Platform Support: Provide support for customer-facing digital platforms, including the company’s online product e-commerce store and proprietary compliance software, ensuring accurate content, seamless user experience, and alignment with marketing objectives.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional marketing and communications tasks as needed to support team objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
1 – 3 years of experience in a marketing and/or communications related role(s).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends.
Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
Familiarity with email marketing and automation platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
Expected Hours of Work
Able to work an agreed upon standard schedule
Additional hours as job duties demand
Travel
Travel to domestic Trilogy facilities when necessary (less than 10%)
Must have a current, valid driver's license
Able to be insurable under our company's liability insurance policy
