Marketing Ad Coordinator Reports to: Director of Marketing Classification: Non-Exempt / Hourly, Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating and executing engaging sales marketing campaigns for print, digital, in-store and social platforms, ensuring effective communication of promotional offers and driving retail store traffic. This role supports campaign execution through ad flyer coordination, signage creation, project management in Asana, competitor promotion research, and content creation as assigned. The coordinator ensures timelines are met and marketing workflows operate efficiently.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinate all advertising sales flyer-related activities for print and digital platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, pricing, and promotional information for advertising materials.

Manage ad submissions with publications and printers to ensure timely delivery and placement.

Review ad proofs for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with publication standards.

Post and link ad flyer content digitally to support omnichannel marketing efforts.

Create in-store ad signage for items in flyers.

Manage marketing projects within Asana, ensuring deadlines, task assignments, and approvals remain on track.

Conduct ongoing competitor research on promotions, pricing strategies, and content trends.

Assist in creating social media content as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Brand Engagement Producer.

Consistent attendance for regularly scheduled work shifts is required.

Complete special projects assigned by the Director of Marketing to meet the needs of the business.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with team members.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS Valid Driver's License and flexibility to travel to Farm & Home Supply Stores, assigned areas, including air travel and overnight travel. Office environment that requires remaining seated for prolonged periods and intermittently standing, walking, and climbing stairs in the performance of job duties.

Strong team member discount after 30 days.

Wage Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
