Marketing Project Coordinator , you’ll play a pivotal role in our team. From defining project timelines to ensuring successful launches, your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle. If you’re ready to make decisions, drive strategy, and meet deadlines, this role is tailor-made for you. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for planning and managing marketing projects of all varieties from inception to publication, print or deployment Collaborates with all departments in need of marketing materials, including Sales, Client Relations, Implementation, Network Development, Product and more; also works with Stakeholders to establish scope of project Works with other departments to help marketing personnel to navigate the project and project tasks through the process Identifies, communicates, and manages risk and escalates issues when needed Leads project meetings, documents and distributes notes/decisions/actions as needed Engages with multiple internal departments to move the project through the process Ensures the project is properly documented throughout the process Leads project meetings involving marketing personnel, appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional teams, as needed Participates in developing improvements to current marketing and marketing coordination procedures Provides proper reporting on project status Qualifications

PMP preferred, but not mandatory with advanced experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral Strong organizational and time management skills Proactive and detail oriented, both in questions and in responses Must be able to navigate and negotiate through sometimes difficult discussions and personalities with tact and grace Must be able to prioritize, plan, adjust and juggle competing demands for Marketing, Communications and Social Media teams’ resources, time, and priorities Knowledge of project management programs (Work Zone knowledge is a plus!) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
