Overview DaBella is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing, retail promotions, and face-to-face lead generation programs. In this role, you will manage Brand Ambassadors, drive high-quality appointment setting, and oversee all in-person marketing activities that connect our brand with homeowners.

Compensation & Schedule Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Lead all field marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Drive appointment generation, demos, and lead quality across events, retail locations, and sponsorships.

Recruit, train, coach, and schedule a team of Brand Ambassadors / Event Marketers.

Manage event bookings, contracts, logistics, setup/breakdown, and brand assets.

Track KPIs, analyze results, and maintain accurate CRM lead entry.

Build strong relationships with retail partners and event organizers.

Ensure team performance meets productivity and cost targets.

Qualifications

2–4+ years in field marketing, event promotions, retail marketing, sales leadership, or customer-facing roles.

Strong communication, team leadership, and customer engagement skills.

Able to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 lbs.

Valid driver’s license and a reliable smartphone are required.

Must pass an MVR check
