demonstrated ownership

of strategy and execution. Expert copywriting and editing

skills with a portfolio showing consistent

brand voice

across multiple channels and formats. Proven experience

building or scaling a compliant community

(research panel, beta program, consumer community, or similar). Strong command of

marketing operations and measurement

(campaign planning, testing frameworks, KPI design, dashboards, and insights‑to‑action). Demonstrated ability to

navigate legal/brand/compliance workflows

and maintain platform safety standards. Experience leading

cross‑functional initiatives

and influencing senior stakeholders in fast‑paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Background supporting

research trials, beta programs, or participant panels

in consumer tech or similarly regulated/brand‑sensitive spaces. Proficiency with

marketing automation/CRM

and analytics tools (e.g., ESPs, CDPs, A/B testing, dashboarding). Agency or vendor management experience, including

SOW creation

and

performance management . Familiarity with

privacy, consent, and data collection

best practices for research recruitment and engagement.
