St. Paul United Methodist Church (Little Rock) is seeking a
full-time Director of Music Ministries
to lead a vibrant and growing worship community. The ideal candidate is a gifted musician, an inspiring director, and a collaborative leader who is passionate about Christ-centered worship. Responsibilities
Directing choirs, handbells, and ensembles Providing accompaniment for weekly worship and seasonal services Planning music for all services and special events Coordinating rehearsals and recruiting musicians Collaborating closely with the Pastor and Worship Team Participating in Music Camp/VBS Maintaining and growing the music library Qualifications
Proficiency in piano and/or organ Experience directing choirs and ensembles Ability to work collaboratively in a church setting Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with Methodist worship traditions (preferred) Competitive salary based on experience.
