We’re hiring an experienced
Photo Creative Producer
to support a fast-moving wellness & health client. This is a short-term contract role for someone who can take a creative brief and budget and independently bring photo shoots to life from concept through execution.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end production for multiple photo shoots
Source, scout, and secure
Southern California–based locations
Cast and coordinate
models, HMU (hair & makeup), stylists, photographers , and additional crew as needed
Pull together full shoot teams and manage schedules, logistics, and timelines
Translate creative briefs and budgets into executable production plans
Manage vendor outreach, estimates, and cost tracking to stay within budget
Oversee shoot days and ensure smooth, on-brand execution
Partner closely with internal creative and marketing stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Photo Producer or Creative Producer
(senior-level, not entry)
Strong background producing lifestyle, wellness, or health-focused photo shoots
Deep network of
SoCal locations, talent, and production vendors
Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working autonomously
Ability to problem-solve quickly and keep production moving under tight timelines
Comfortable jumping in quickly and hitting the ground running
Nice to Have
Experience working with wellness, fitness, beauty, or health brands
Familiarity with lean teams and fast-turn production environments
