Responsible for executing marketing campaigns across the Americas region in alignment with the rolling business plan and the corporate marketing strategy for the Water Technology business. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, measuring campaign effectiveness, and providing regular updates. Key duties involve planning and organizing tradeshows within budget and according to agreed marketing KPIs (including national and local events), ensuring consistent use of the corporate brand across all communications, and promoting brand awareness for both the company and its products. Additional responsibilities include developing and distributing campaign content, organizing partner and customer meetings and webinars, updating the website and marketing collateral, creating content for digital channels, and generating leads through inbound marketing and social media. The role also involves managing inquiries (lead validation and nurturing), maintaining promotional material inventory, updating Sales and Marketing databases, preparing reports, conducting desk research to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and tracking marketing expenses to ensure budget control. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops, implements and manages local campaigns specific to the Americas region with required adjustment actions as needed. Localization and execution of global marketing campaigns within the Americas region, including content development and updates, email marketing, advertising and on/offline events as agreed with the region. Plans events and tradeshows for North America, including booth design and assembly / coordination of all aspects of the event, in addition to fulfilling all identified requirements – pre, during and post-show – and managing the assigned budget. Establish methodology for tracking event ROI. Supports the ongoing development and vision of the company’s CRM system as a key driver to marketing success Develop weekly/monthly schedules of activities to fulfill all the assigned projects and tasks; coordinate mailing lists; lead tracking in partnership with sales team. Keep updated promotional materials and readily available. Creation of online content to support the reduction of printed materials. Manages inquiries through the company email inbox and salesforce prospect assignment. Synchronize DNWT editorial calendar with the overall Group calendar (IR, ET, ETr, Reputation) with proper planning of PR and other digital marketing initiatives to provide full visibility of DNWT achievements and initiatives. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications; self-education through online workshops and tutorials Pursue organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years in marketing role, preferably in B2B / technology - industrial sector. Knowledge of the water treatment market segment is a plus. Able to take independent decisions, provided these are aligned to the guidelines received from the line manager and the authorized limits. Must have experience with Adobe design suite (particularly InDesign), SAP, canva, magnolia, direct (email) marketing, Trello Must have experience with Salesforce – advanced salesforce for marketing qualifications and experience would be beneficial Direct experience in marketing segmentation and list management, working within budgets, process improvement. Organizational, project management and planning, coordination with multiple (ideally international) stakeholders, self-initiative, attention to detail. Excellent command of the English language is a must, second language (preferably Spanish or Italian) are a plus. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
