We are a rapidly growing tea brand looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our California team. You will be the voice of our local brand presence, bridging the gap between our California operations and our global headquarters. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of tea culture, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to navigate both Western and Eastern social media landscapes seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (Reels, photos, and copy) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. Platform Management: Handle daily posting, community management, and trend monitoring across all major social channels. Global Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with our global headquarters to ensure brand consistency while localizing content for the California market. Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal local community. Performance Tracking: Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team to optimize engagement and growth. Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field (Food & Beverage experience is a major plus). Language: Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required for HQ communication and Xiaohongshu management. Creative Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, etc.) and basic photography/graphic design. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are currently not providing visa sponsorship. Location: This is an on-site position at our LA office/stores.
