NY Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring a seasonal Summer Camp Site Director for our youth baseball and softball camps throughout the New York Metropolitan Tristate Area. The Site Director leads a team of 15+ staff, ensures a safe camp environment, and inspires campers to love the game, grow skills, and value personal accountability. Key Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations, staff motivation, and camp standards during camp weeks. • Manage safety, staff, and camper experience; communicate with parents and headquarters. • Conduct camp‑wide meetings to instill culture and expectations for campers and coaches. • Lead group sales, talent recruitment, operations, warehouse management, and training before season start. • Experienced leader, self‑starter, excellent communicator. • Passion for creating a positive impact on children, families, coaches, and community. • Provides candid feedback to grow personal and professional team members. • Aware of physical & emotional safety and real‑time problem solving. • Skilled in staff management and high‑level camp delivery. • Excited about group sales, talent recruitment, operations, warehouse management, and training. Make a nine‑week commitment Monday‑Friday for approximately nine hours per day. Be available from June 15‑August 21, 2026 to be in person at each camp site, with option to start sooner in a remote capacity. Be a polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability and extensive management experience. Pass a comprehensive background and reference check process. Be prepared to travel to all of our sites in Long Island and Brooklyn or Connecticut with reliable transportation. At a minimum, be familiar with the basic fundamentals of baseball. Have at least one year experience managing a group of people. Experience and comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations. Be able to attend all‑staff training. Camp Locations

Pay is based on skill level and experience. The weekly range for this position is $1,300 to $1,600 per week.
