Padres Baseball & Softball Camps Site Director
Padres Summer Camps is looking for a Site Director in San Diego County who is energetic, positive, and loves to inspire youth to make good choices and be accountable for their actions and decisions. We provide the equipment, training, and curriculum; you provide leadership that helps campers have a wonderful learning experience and leave camp with a love of the game, new friends, better baseball/softball skills, and appreciation for personal accountability. Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe camp environment for all campers Supervise, manage, and motivate staff and campers, delivering a high level camp experience Execute San Diego Padres Baseball Camps Curriculum daily under the direction of the Site Director Provide feedback and suggestions during drills and games Highlight teachable moments for campers and coaches to learn and grow and encourage fun each day of camp Work with team members from various backgrounds to uphold the Padres Camps stellar reputation Site Director Qualifications
Be prepared to make a 10-week commitment Monday-Friday for approximately eight hours per day (Padres Baseball & Softball Camps run every week from June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026) Be prepared to travel to each site with reliable transportation of your own Pass a comprehensive background screening Polished professional with demonstrated leadership ability At times responsible for driving a rented cargo van and having a safe space to park it (Padres Baseball & Softball Camps covers the cost of fuel for the van associated with work/camp use only) Familiar with basic fundamentals of baseball Experience and comfort with technology to ensure efficient camp operations Camp Locations

After your application is submitted, you will receive an invitation to complete a one-way interview, then a 15-minute virtual interview with our local market leader, followed by a 20-minute virtual interview with our Executive Director. Compensation
The weekly range for this position is $1,360 to $1,500 per week.
