Role Summary

The CSS Business Leader for the Transcend Program will serve as the primary point of accountability, collaborating closely with the Transcend PMO to drive the ERP business strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure business process alignment for the CSS deployments supporting the MedTech Transcend program. Location options include Cincinnati, OH; Irvine, CA; Jacksonville, FL; New Brunswick, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Santa Clara, CA. This role leads end-to-end deployment, organizational alignment, and adoption of new processes and systems within a global, multi-site environment. Responsibilities

The CSS Business Leader for the Transcend Program will collaborate closely with the Transcend PMO to drive the ERP business strategy, align stakeholders, and ensure business process alignment for the CSS deployments supporting the MedTech Transcend program. Serve as the primary point of accountability for on-time deployment Drive organizational alignment on key decisions, ensure adoption of those decisions and new business processes, and enable and track benefit realization Leverage the Transcend BPOs/Global Product Owners and Transcend deployment framework to ensure integration and consistency across programs; transform operations, standardize processes, and upgrade system landscapes across MedTech sites, business units, and markets Work with Transcend Program Leadership to ensure the program delivers required capabilities on schedule and within budget, aligned with other key initiatives Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SAP functionality to align business strategy with technical capabilities Collaborate effectively across platforms and functions to align stakeholders Re-engineer/design processes to standardize and simplify ways of working Apply change management principles to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or engineering; Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance or organizational management or equivalent strongly preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience managing large, multi-site, global organizations with end-to-end supply chain experience 10+ years of people management experience Experience in Medical Devices and Diagnostics industry preferred with operations competencies across finance, financial cycles, flows, entities, product innovation, planning, logistics services, business continuity, capacity planning, and manufacturing Understanding of financial processes such as P&L and COGS preferred Global experience leading supply chain roles preferred Strong understanding of external manufacturing and lifecycle management preferred Experience across manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, and R&D preferred Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certification preferred Ability to travel 30% domestic and international Skills

SAP system functionality knowledge to align business strategy with technical capabilities Strong collaboration and communication skills to align stakeholders across platforms and functions Process re-engineering and design capability to standardize processes and simplify ways of working Change management expertise to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems Education
