The Role As a BDR,you’llbe on the front lines ofVinWorld’sgrowth, driving new business and building lasting relationships across the U.S. Day to day,you’ll: Prospect and qualify new customers nationwide Identifyclient needs and sell tailored freight solutions Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to deal execution Work closely with carriers and internal operations teams Build and grow accounts while hitting clear performance targets Help shape the sales culture and processes of a scaling division This role provides exposure to both sales and operations , creatinga strong foundationfor long-term growth inlogistics, account management, or sales leadership.
