SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION

SAP announced the SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) offering in 2025. This solution intends to unify and govern all SAP data and help connect with third‑party data, without the need for a huge replication effort. It is our ambition to build a comprehensive “ecosystem” of Intelligent Applications and Data products to provide insights to our customers.

We invite leading software partners to be early adopters of the BDC platform for intelligent app development, coaching them to develop high‑potential use cases for BDC and AI. Early adopter partners showcase use cases at SAP events and create joint revenue opportunities.

The candidate we are looking for should lead the strategic BDC and AI GTM relationships as the primary point of contact for named partners, coordinating with internal SAP teams and aligning with BDC & AI leaders and joint priorities.

Lead critical initiatives to ensure successful execution of the BDC GTM in line with SAP partnership contractual commitments and revenue objectives.

Develop and translate the co‑sell framework, including forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management.

Establish joint KPIs and manage regular steering of our GTM partnership priorities, aligning with senior leadership, providing internal communications and updates.

Establish and lead regular GTM and cross‑workstream meetings and provide subject‑matter expertise to drive GTM execution, including marketing positioning & messaging, communications, enablement, product feedback, etc.

Act as a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert, supporting account‑level deal opportunities as needed.

EXPERIENCE

Strong leadership skills and experience managing high‑visibility, complex, cross‑functional/global programs & initiatives.

Senior stakeholder management experience on all levels.

Good understanding of, plus strong network across SAP organizations and functions: Product Management, CS&D, Ecosystem/Partner Management, Sales, Adoption, and Consumption.

Co‑sell experience with strategic partners beneficial.

Strong analytical skills paired with a tight operational execution focus to deliver outstanding results.

10+ years professional experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, Partner Management or similar environments.
