Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative
eGIS Change Management Specialist
to support the rollout of an enterprise Geographic Information System (eGIS) initiative. This role sits within the Change Management team and is critical to driving user adoption of GIS mapping applications, with a primary focus on
Esri ArcFM and Schneider Electric’s ArcFM Designer XI . The specialist will partner with subject matter experts, developers, and change leaders to design and deliver effective communications, training materials, and user-facing content that support successful adoption of new GIS tools across the organization. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted change management strategies that align with project goals and communication plans to drive adoption of new eGIS applications. Support rollout of Esri ArcFM tools, with emphasis on
ArcFM Designer XI . Partner with Change Management, GIS, and development teams to identify training and communication needs. Create high-quality, engaging content in multiple formats, including: Demo and instructional videos PDF job aids and quick reference guides Newsletters and announcements SharePoint and Microsoft Teams content
Lead content review cycles, including proofreading, editing, and validation with SMEs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Maintain content calendars and ensure materials are delivered on time and updated throughout project phases. Track and analyze content performance metrics; produce insights and recommendations based on analytics. Stay current on emerging tools, technologies, and best practices related to training, content development, and employee engagement. Support additional eGIS Change Management initiatives as needed. Required (Must-Have) Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience with
Esri GIS tools , including
ArcMap and/or ArcGIS . Demonstrated experience creating training materials such as job aids, demo videos, and self-guided learning modules. Experience supporting
organizational change initiatives
or large system rollouts. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Experience working on
large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders . Soft Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply new information rapidly. Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
