Overview
UCSF Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST) seeks an exceptional professional to join our highly skilled and engaged team providing internal consulting services to our dynamic, mission-driven institution. The Consultant provides strategic facilitation and coordination support for internal initiatives, helping leaders and teams plan, prioritize, and execute strategy, process improvement, and digital transformation efforts. The EST staff enjoy challenging and impactful project work, professional development opportunities, and an engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
Use and apply management consulting skills to deliver programs and projects that involve multiple organizations and stakeholders.
Effectively support moderate to complex initiatives and programs, including scheduling, facilitation, documentation, and communications.
Support resolution of a wide range of consulting issues and situations.
Receive minimal instruction on planning, researching, and resolving issues, with general instructions and guidance provided on new assignments and/or more unique situations.
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Salary & Benefits The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $155,000 (Annual Rate).
