FOUR Senior Digital Designers
to support new initiatives across multiple business lines in a consulting-style environment. This role is ideal for senior designers who are comfortable owning design workstreams, contributing to strategic conversations, and translating requirements into high-quality digital experiences. Each Design Lead will work with a high level of autonomy, partnering closely with a copywriter and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, brand-driven solutions from concept through execution. Key Responsibilities
Own digital design work for a dedicated business line, from initial concept through final delivery Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences Participate in brand and experience strategy conversations Translate business needs and requirements into clear, thoughtful design solutions Create and present design concepts aligned with brand standards and objectives Maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints Collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of professional digital designer experience is required Candidates must live in US and have PST or CST availability Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and related tools required Prior
consulting experience,
specifically within the
Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industries Strong concepting skills with the ability to articulate design rationale Experience contributing to or discussing
brand strategy
at a high level Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with partners Must present a strong portfolio when applying.
