Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fire Protection Sales & Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expanding relationships with existing customers in the fire protection industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire protection market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and facility managers Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper solution design for client needs Track sales metrics and prepare regular sales reports for management Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in fire protection sales or business development Strong knowledge of fire suppression systems, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and related safety codes Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Firetrol offers competitive wages and top-of-the-line benefits that include health, dental vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, generous paid time off practice and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.
