This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to accelerate their impact, supporting marketing and sales functions through analysis of large datasets. You will play a vital role in optimizing multi-channel marketing performance, uncovering actionable insights, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention across major financial products. Responsibilities: Analyze performance across direct mail, email, digital, and social marketing channels to generate insights that improve customer acquisition and retention strategies. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for extracting, merging, cleaning, and validating large datasets to ensure accurate reporting and analysis. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools to track marketing KPIs, pipeline impact, and ROI across multiple channels. Design and measure A/B tests, lift studies, and cohort analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of new marketing tactics. Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, develop analytical approaches, and deliver actionable insights tailored to business objectives. Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms. Document data logic, assumptions, and metric definitions to ensure consistency and scalability of analytics efforts. Must-Have Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, revenue analysis, or marketing analytics roles. Proficiency writing and optimizing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) for large datasets. Experience with reporting and analytics in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivots, lookup functions, and advanced formulas. Experience creating and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Clear communication skills for sharing insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or other coding languages for advanced statistical analysis. Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, TradeDesk, Meta Ads) for marketing performance reporting. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LiveRamp, or Google Analytics in a marketing context. Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery. Experience implementing media-mix or multi-touch attribution models for marketing measurement.
