Responsibilities
Lead the development of high-quality, customer-centric service proposals for RFx responses and strategic bids
Interpret customer requirements and translate them into clear service deliverables and timelines
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to deliver cohesive, compliant responses
Develop value-driven proposal narratives highlighting service differentiation and measurable outcomes
Maintain accurate data across proposal platforms and optimize workflows using automation and AI tools
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in proposal management, presales, service solutioning, or telecom/networking roles
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
Strong writing, analytical, communication, and service delivery capabilities
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing deliverables under tight timelines
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and proposal automation platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the employer’s Services Portfolio and service delivery models
Experience supporting global or multi-region service proposals
Advanced skills in content management or proposal analytics
Knowledge of service pricing methodologies or commercial modeling
Certification in proposal management or project management (APMP, PMP, etc.)
