Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is a subsidiary of A&M. TAG provides leadership and advisory services across industries, including financial and accounting due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), capital markets and accounting advisory, global transaction analytics, environmental/technical & sustainability (ETS), and other M&A services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporate clients worldwide. Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) A&M’s GTA practice, within the Transaction Advisory Group, has an opportunity to join a fast-growing team in multiple U.S. cities. We are seeking a Senior Associate to help clients get the answers they need across the investment lifecycle, from pre-deal to post-deal analysis. A&M GTA provides data analytics services to uncover actionable insights to support M&A, divestment and investment strategy. GTA is a global team that leverages leading technology, advanced analytics, and A&M’s expertise to deliver analytics as a service across the transaction lifecycle. How will you contribute? As a Senior Associate in GTA, you will work with a motivated team on projects across industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services, healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. You will add value by providing data-enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre-acquisition due diligence or post-acquisitions performance improvement projects. Responsibilities

Assist with numerous client engagements Facilitate day-to-day client interaction and relationships Work cohesively across stakeholders Counsel and mentor junior team members and develop the team’s technical acumen Proactively recruit, train, and develop junior staff members Qualifications

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analytics or transaction services Buy-side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferred Understanding of M&A/PE investment lifecycle preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field Understanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization approaches Strong technical background with hands-on data analytics experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau and/or Power BI), big data and machine learning concepts Ability to leverage business intelligence software Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely Exceptional project management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings Your journey at A&M

The base salary is $130,000 annually, dependent on factors including education, experience, skills, and geography.
