The client is retiring their Key Loss Mitigation Servicing Platforms and migrating existing data consumers to a new datalake

More about the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Mortgage Servicing Product Analyst to join our product team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a strong focus on mortgage servicing operations, regulatory compliance, and business rule definition. You will work closely with stakeholders to define and enhance servicing workflows, ensuring our platform meets evolving industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document current-state mortgage servicing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Define and maintain detailed business rules and logic to support servicing operations and compliance.

Interpret and apply servicing guidelines from agencies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and servicing teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.

Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for regulatory and policy changes.

Support UAT and validate that product enhancements meet business and regulatory requirements.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

2 years of experience in mortgage servicing, product analysis, or a related role.

Strong understanding of mortgage servicing guidelines (e.g., GSE, FHA, VA) and regulatory requirements.

Experience defining and managing business rules in servicing systems or platforms.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with servicing platforms such as Black Knight MSP, Sagent, or LoanServ.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Product management or business analysis certification (e.g., CSPO, CBAP) is a plus.
