
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Manager, particularly with 365 products – Proven leadership skills in managing direct reports and achieving results through team collaboration – Strong capabilities in product strategy, prioritization, stakeholder management, and effective communication – Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple products and initiatives in a fast-paced environment – Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills, with a focus on team success
Responsibilities
Define the vision and strategic direction for the full suite of 365 products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs – Lead the comprehensive management of MUFGs messaging and collaboration platforms, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related Office 365 services – Guide and mentor a team of Subject Matter Experts in email, collaboration, and audiovisual technologies, providing clear direction and supporting professional development – Oversee workloads and priorities across SharePoint, Teams, audio/visual conferencing, and email support functions for cohesive teamwork – Design, implement, and maintain collaboration services following best practices, managing daily operations and Level 3 support for messaging systems and real-time collaboration tools – Monitor platform reliability and performance proactively, ensuring adherence to service level agreements for uptime and responsiveness – Develop strategic roadmaps for messaging and collaboration technologies that align with MUFGs business strategy – Identify industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools or features that enhance employee productivity and engagement – Drive projects for upgrading or migrating legacy systems and introduce innovative capabilities such as automation and mobile collaboration – Enforce security and compliance requirements across collaboration platforms, collaborating with IT Security and Compliance teams – Ensure messaging systems comply with regulatory standards and effectively utilize communication surveillance tools – Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive quality of service across the organization – Partner with vendors to resolve product issues, plan rollouts, and stay updated on technological developments – Supervise the creation of documentation and training materials for messaging and collaboration services – Ensure support teams are equipped with necessary resources and facilitate user adoption through coordination with the Product Enablement & Adoption team – Continuously assess existing systems and processes, driving initiatives aimed at performance optimization and cost reduction
