Summary
- Worker will perform sales and distribution goals by executing against monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives and company/supplier initiatives. Submit required paperwork and administrative duties of a BDR. Monitor competitive activity and communicate results to supervisor and beverage District Managers. Create new store schematics or account promotions as well as participate in store resets. Provide route relief for absent sales team as needed. – 13h Full-time, Non-Storefront role Compensation
Pay Range: $53,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Primary Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using prepared sales documents and pricing promotions Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Key Competencies
Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills People Management

- Lift/Carry and Push/Pull up to 165 lbs. Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/use arms/wrists/hands/grasp. Use of industry tools: hand truck, six-wheeler, manual pallet jack, box cutter. Work indoors and outdoors. Must be able to drive and operate a vehicle. Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, days and hours of work vary and may include weekends. Travel
Ability to travel throughout the day for visits to customer accounts. Occasional overnight travel may occur. Required Education And Experience
High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and auto insurance required – position is subject to Fleet Safety Policy Minimum of 18 years of age Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience Supplier or brewery experience Compensation Details
