As Lead Superintendent, you’ll take full ownership of complex, occupied and non-occupied, often in Class A office environments where coordination, polish, and professionalism matter as much as schedule. Responsibilities include:
Leading all field operations for high-end commercial projects Managing multiple trades in tight, logistically complex NYC environments Coordinating closely with project managers, building management, and client reps Maintaining strict control of
schedule, quality, safety, and site presentation Mentoring field staff and setting the standard for execution across projects Representing the GC with confidence in front of sophisticated clients Ideal Background
Proven experience as a
Lead or Senior Superintendent
on NYC projects Deep understanding of NYC codes, DOB inspections, and interior fit-out logistics Highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure Professional presence - able to work seamlessly with executives, landlords, and end users Base salary up to $275,000 Performance-based bonus 401(k), PTO, and additional executive-level benefits Long-term career path with a consistently top-ranked GC The Opportunity
