to help businesses scale visibility, brand awareness, and performance through advanced video advertising strategies. The company is growing quickly and expanding its services across streaming and connected TV channels. ✍

Short Description: The Media Buyer will own the execution and optimization of

video advertising campaigns , with a strong focus on

YouTube Ads and OTT / CTV / streaming platforms . This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who enjoys working directly in ad platforms, testing creatives, optimizing performance, and learning new media channels. While the role includes some light operational and customer support tasks early on, the core responsibility is

paid media performance and growth . Location:

100% Remote (LATAM only) Language Requirements:

Part-time (20 hours/week), aligned with EST — with potential to grow into full-time Start Date:

Responsibilities: Set up, manage, and optimize

YouTube Ads campaigns

(must-have).

Execute and optimize

OTT / CTV / streaming ad campaigns

across programmatic platforms and streaming services.

Support and manage

Amazon Ads

(Amazon DSP) when applicable.

Manage

Google Ads

campaigns related to video and display.

Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPM, reach, frequency, and video completion rate.

Collaborate with creative teams to test, iterate, and improve video ad creatives.

Analyze performance data and implement data-driven optimizations.

Act as a

point of contact for clients

on campaign-related topics, handling ongoing communication primarily via email and occasional calls to discuss performance, updates, and next steps.

Maintain organized reporting and documentation of campaign performance.



Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience managing

YouTube Ads

campaigns.

Strong experience with

video-based paid media

(not limited to static or search ads).

Understanding of

OTT / CTV / streaming advertising

concepts and execution.

Experience working with

Google Ads .

Comfortable working in a hands-on, execution-heavy role.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Self-starter with the ability to learn new platforms and figure things out independently.



Nice to Have / Big Plus: Experience with

Amazon Ads , especially

Amazon DSP .

Experience with

programmatic platforms

(e.g., DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk).

Previous experience running

CTV / OTT campaigns .

Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

Interest in growing long-term within an agency environment.
