As
Marketing
Founding Member , you will play a critical leadership role in shaping
U.S. market presence, brand influence, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy . You will be responsible for articulating value proposition, driving market adoption, building strategic partnerships, and scaling through effective branding, marketing, and customer engagement.
This role requires a rare blend of
entrepreneurial mindset, strategic leadership, and deep domain expertise
in branding, marketing campaigns, and customer success within the advertising and AI ecosystem. You will work closely with the
CEO, CTO, and executive leadership team
to define market direction, establish flagship customer relationships, and build a scalable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market, Branding & Ecosystem Building
Define and execute U.S. GTM strategy, including positioning, messaging, pricing narrative, and channel strategy.
Build and elevate brand as a trusted AI advertising partner in the U.S. market.
Represent at leading industry conferences, events, and ecosystem partnerships.
Establish strategic alliances across the advertising, AI, and technology ecosystem to accelerate growth.
Program & Campaign Management
Drive marketing program management and execution across brand, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Ensure market perception and response align with our core value proposition and brand promise.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure offerings are tightly aligned with customer and market needs.
Customer Communications & Leadership
Lead direct engagement with flagship customers and key strategic accounts.
Serve as the executive voice of the market, gathering insights and feedback to continuously refine product positioning and market messaging.
Strengthen customer trust and long-term partnerships through clear value articulation and success storytelling.
Market & Industry Expertise
Develop deep market intelligence on advertising, AI-driven marketing technologies, and emerging trends.
Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and strategic use cases that expand our footprint and influence.
Qualifications Required
Domain Expertise:
Proven leadership in branding, marketing strategy, and go-to-market execution, with the ability to clearly advocate value propositions to enterprise customers and the broader market.
Track Record:
Demonstrated experience working with global customers, scaling marketing functions, and contributing to revenue growth and customer success.
Strategic Mindset:
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
Leadership:
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally.
Preferred
Network:
Established relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and partners across relevant industries (advertising, media, technology, AI).
Education:
MBA, MS, or equivalent experience in marketing, business management, or a related field.
Experience in startup, scale-up, or founding-team environments is a strong plus.
