Coordinate and develop content marketing initiatives by working with marketing and foundation staff and other Wesley Community staff, residents, families, and the community. Write and publish engaging and accurate stories and content about residents, staff, donors and general interest topics for our stakeholders. Capture and edit photographs, videos, and other materials to advance Wesley's mission. Participate in local trade shows, events and networking meetings to represent The Wesley Community and to promote our services and address and questions or concerns. Work with the Marketing and Foundation team, as well as other departments, to design and coordinate on-campus communications initiatives, including digital information screens, as well as internal communications via traditional methods. Assist in delivering internal and external digital communications, alerts and website updates. Assist with the design and production of all marketing materials, ensuring brand cohesion with brand standards, and accuracy of information. Assist with the development and management of the website. Closely monitor content and analytics to ensure optimal results. Work with third-party vendors to ensure best practices. Assist in the execution of an annual marketing plan to meet or exceed occupancy goals and community relations goals for The Wesley Community as a whole, and for its specific entities. Assist with the design and implementation of strategies that tie web, mobile, email, search social and traditional advertising together to effectively market our services based on consumer insight and data and to raise awareness of the need for philanthropy to support our mission Oversee content, production and distribution of a monthly e-newsletter. Assist with the improvement of employee engagement, satisfaction and commitment to the Wesley Community through communication tools including Intranet Design and Postings (Wesley Web); Internal Communication Channels (Spectrio Digital Signage) Provide Marketing Support to Human Resources Team for Spirit Committee Activities and Employee Recognition Programs. Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. A four year degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration is preferred. Must have one demonstrated experience in marketing and/or communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook. Must have experience writing engaging and accurate content. Experience with Canva preferred. Experience with social media platforms and posting preferred. Experience with multi-line phone system preferred.
