Promote MKTG 360o Services: Learn Layton’s portfolio, services, and market needs; provide marketing support through brochures and materials; coordinate non-proposal materials ensuring message consistency and brand standards; apply knowledge of Layton’s offerings. Capture Planning and Proposal Development: Support pursuit teams, coordinate all aspects of pursuits, edit, ensure brand adherence, and produce proposals efficiently and on time; contribute to content development and progress tracking; conduct research on qualifications, project descriptions, resumes, and competitors. Maintain and Leverage Marketing Information: Respond to information requests, maintain organized qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes; update content and share new material broadly through appropriate channels. Differentiators: Develop proficiency in proposals and related deliverables; provide consistently high customer service; review best practices and adopt ideas; seek input and development opportunities; support compliance with capture planning; opportunities for progression based on experience and performance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, drafting tailored content, graphics development, and editing; AEC industry experience is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentation ability Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint) The full salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. This position is eligible for a target bonus. Benefits
