Print Marketing Project Coordinator
will take the reins of bringing these projects to life. The ultimate organizer will collaborate with multiple teams internally and coordinate with external printing partners. This position provides an entry level view of our marketing operations and a chance to work with both marketing and graphic design teams. What you’ll love doing everyday: A new position for us (due to growth!), a Print Marketing Project Coordinator will follow up with appropriate internal teams to get finished marketing assets ready for print. You’ll send, follow up and receive completed projects from the printer on an ongoing schedule, sometimes 20+ projects at once! Manage all phases of direct mail and print projects including coordination with other departments to prepare art files and mailing lists to go to print. Manage full quality assurance of all print projects and campaigns. Manage and maintain strong business relationships with print vendors and the USPS to support efficient production and mailing options. Place orders for print projects as needed and support billing from third-party vendors. Serve as primary point of contact for print projects internally and with third-party vendors. Be an active participant in the LovelySkin multi-channel marketing approach from strategy to execution. Collaborate with content, photography, design, and merchandising teams for new and ongoing campaigns. Perform regular cost analysis of materials and vendors to make sure we have full insight to make financial decisions. Monitor and track budget allocation for print marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented. Complete ongoing review of metrics pertaining to print projects, including periodic experience audits to uncover opportunities for optimization. Leverage internal and external reporting platforms to understand campaign performance. Support Marketing calendar and automate performance reports pertaining to marketing campaigns and web analytics. Perform competitive analysis within and outside of the industry, translating findings into strategic roadmap initiatives. Perform quarterly review of print marketing expenses and make recommendations for cost saving measures. Additional duties and projects as required. What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing or 1+ years of experience working in an agency or in-house marketing role 1 year of experience coordinating projects and meeting deadlines 1 year of experience supporting marketing print production preferred Strong attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience for managing projects like: Google Sheets and Dropbox Exceptional eye for detail and follow through LovelyGroup is pleased to offer these great perks: Quick access to exceptional health, dental and vision coverage.
