CBS Sports is looking for a Producer/Editor to join our new Combat Sports Social Media team. This role is all about creating impactful, high-quality video content that elevates our brand above our competitors. You’ll work on everything from event promos to YouTube features to premium highlight edits. Responsibilities
Build teases and promotional videos for UFC and Zuffa Boxing broadcasts on Paramount+ Lead feature shoots involving notable figures in combat sports and CBS Sports talent Edit content from feature shoots into assets for multiple platforms, including Longform YouTube Video and Shortform Vertical Video (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts) Shoot, edit, and post impactful on-the-ground videos from major events React quickly to breaking news and live moments with creative, timely edits Deliver enhanced highlight edits that set Paramount’s combat sports brands above their competitors Execute briefs from social producers on special projects Generate content with minimal oversight Ideate and execute long-form storytelling pieces for our YouTube channels and app VOD Qualifications
3+ years in video editing with a focus on social media Experience shooting on the ground with a phone or operating a production-quality camera Deep knowledge of combat sports, particularly UFC and Zuffa Boxing Willingness to work nights & weekends for live events Willingness to travel, including frequent live events based in Las Vegas Ability to thrive under fast turnaround times Exceptional scriptwriting and editing skills What We Offer
