About the Role
Our Video & Dynamic Content Studio is growing and evolving. We’re building a more strategic, scalable studio that delivers high-impact video across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3/4 productions, episodic content, and modern digital-first storytelling. We’re looking for a Senior Producer who can confidently lead end-to-end production and act as a strategic partner to Creative, Account, and Client teams—helping shape how video work is scoped, produced, and delivered. This role blends hands-on production leadership with studio-level thinking. What You’ll Do
You’ll lead live-action, animation, audio, post, and dynamic content projects—from quick-turn social and still shoots to complex, union, and high-production-value work. You’ll own production from pre-production through delivery, ensuring creative integrity, fiscal responsibility, and on-time execution. You’ll partner closely with Creative Directors and Account teams to shape final video deliverables, helping to determine the right production approach, scale, and tier based on goals, timelines, and budgets. You’ll translate business and communication objectives into smart, efficient video solutions, often offering multiple production pathways that balance impact, speed, and cost. You’ll manage budgets, estimates, timelines, vendors, talent, post partners, and final asset delivery, while overseeing all production documentation including bids, POs, releases, usage, renewals, and billing. Clear communication, proactive risk management, and strong follow-through are central to your approach. You’ll mentor and guide producers, helping them grow as confident production leaders and strategic partners—not just executors. You’ll model strong judgment, collaboration, and professionalism across teams and on set. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of studio processes, workflows, and best practices—bringing curiosity around new tools, emerging platforms, and AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, scalability, and efficiency without compromising craft.
