Who We're Looking For
The Marketing Events Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing RF-SMART's event marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and partner relations. This individual will work independently to plan various event logis tics – showcasing creativ ity , thorough attention to detail , and organiz ation . They will join a team of marketing leaders committed to transforming customers and changing lives . What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies for virtual events, user groups, regional chapters, happyhoursand partner events aligned with RF-SMART's marketing and sales objectives Evaluateand communicate withvendorsoneventlogisticstooptimizecost-effectiveness and attendee experience. This includes ownership of event swag inventory, and ensuring resources are delivered toallevents. Design and implement monthly and quarterly virtual learning event programs (webinars, workshops), including topicselection, format development, and presenter coordination Develop and manage event landing pages in event platform, making strategic decisions about messaging, design requirements, and user experience Establish data management protocols for attendee lists, registration processes, and reporting systems Interpret event data and analytics to make informed recommendations for future event strategy and budget allocation Assistwithothercompany-wideevent planning as needed,includingRF-SMART User Summit and SKO events What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required 3+ years of event management or marketing experience with demonstrated responsibility for event strategy and budget management Proven track record of independently planning and executing successful events Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and event management platforms Personal Attributes
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to evaluate alternatives and make sound business decisions Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment on matters affecting business operations Experience managing event reports and analyzing ROI metrics Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting strategic objectives Strong project management capabilities with ability to prioritize competing demands Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities in a fast-paced environment Why You’ll Love It Here:
