
Role Overview
The PR Coordinator will support day-to-day PR activities, working closely with account teams to execute media outreach, draft press materials, track results, and ensure clients are positioned for maximum visibility. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to sharpen their PR skill set across wellness, lifestyle, health, and beauty sectors.

This is a full-time, hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities PR Support
Support the development and execution of client communication plans
Draft press materials including media pitches, press releases, and briefing documents
Research and build targeted media lists, track editorial calendars, and monitor press opportunities
Conduct daily media monitoring and flag timely stories or trends for clients
Assist in securing press coverage by liaising with editors, producers, and influencers
Reporting & Internal Support
Track media placements and compile client recap reports and coverage decks
Maintain client trackers, awards submissions, and affiliate spreadsheets
Support with research and data collection for reporting and strategy development
Candidate Profile
1+ years of experience in public relations (agency experience a plus but not mandatory)
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable with media research tools (Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater, or similar)
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn—comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
