
Overview
The Corporate Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution and communication across WS Development's Marketing, Creative, and Asset Strategy & Experience teams. This role supports the systems, tools, and workflows that keep marketing operations running efficiently — from website maintenance and Creative project management to vendor coordination, PR support, and culture initiatives. The Coordinator is afforded the unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple arms of the broader Marketing team, while gaining meaningful exposure to departments throughout the company. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across verticals and departments. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, tech-savvy, analytical and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Marketing and Asset Strategy & Experience
Manage WS Website, including monthly updates to property pages and additional ad hoc edits as requested to keep content accurate and relevant
Summarize and share out WS' PR coverage book with internal stakeholders, highlighting the month's strongest press mentions
Propose relevant news to be added to the WS website and ensure timely and engaging updates are consistently reflected
Monitor WS account on Google My Business, reporting and notable changes or reviews back to the Asset Strategy & Experience team
Contribute to the company LinkedIn strategy and execution, partnering with the Asset Strategy & Experience team to ensure consistent posting cadence, alignment with brand voice, and engagement tracking
Support property photography pre-production and execution
Assist the Market Research & Data Analyst in data collection, market research and buildout & organization of deliverables
Own the content management dashboard for the company Leasing Presentation, upload lease plans from the Studio department, maintain uploads tracker, and communicate recent uploads to the Leasing department
Creative Marketing
Assist the Creative Operations team with the set‑up of incoming project requests within project management platform
Provide property website support, collaborating with Creative and Field Marketing teams to ensure smooth functionality and accuracy
Own stock photography & font purchases for the Creative team, ensuring materials are received promptly, spend is tracked, and files and licensing notes are organized appropriately
Administrative Coordination
Assist with property signage vendor tracking and internal communications
Manage property phone number list, working with the IT department to keep redirects current and requesting new phone numbers for new acquisitions
Own invoice submissions, coding and workflow management for Corporate Marketing & Creative teams
Keep team contracts organized and track renewal dates
Assist with new vendor set‑up for Corporate Marketing and Creative teams
Summarize notes from internal and Cross Functional team meetings, highlighting clear takeaways and next steps
Minimal team calendar coordination, including scheduling quarterly team outings
Reception desk coverage as needed (1-2 times monthly)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, or operations preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (WordPress, Google Business, LinkedIn, Canva) preferred
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (Wrike, Asana, or similar), experience working with data is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and with a sense of urgency, managing multiple projects and shifting priorities with poise and efficiency
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
