Founded in 2018 in Florence, KY (HQ) with an additional office location in Dayton, OH, we’ve already helped more than 9,000 homeowners across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. We’re seeking a versatile, data-driven Digital Marketing & Media Specialistwith 3–5 years of experience to manage both paid media campaigns and broader digital marketing initiatives for our roofing and home renovation company with multiple locations. This role combines hands-on campaign management, SEO, CRO, and digital content responsibilities to generate high-quality leads, improve conversion rates, and grow brand awareness. You’ll manage paid advertising strategy and execution while also supporting organic growth, website optimization, out of home digital media, and content initiatives. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Planning, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, YouTube, and other channels based on service areas, seasonality, and weather events. Managing Local Service Ads (LSA) for high-quality lead generation pulled through to closed won leads across all trades (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, etc) Supporting audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing of ad copy, creative, and landing pages. Monitoring campaign pacing and budgets to maximize ROI. Tracking, reporting and optimizing for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality metrics. Support ongoing on-page SEO (titles, metadata, headers, internal linking) for service and city pages and local SEO best practices Monitoring keyword rankings, impressions, and organic conversions using GA4, Search Console, and other reporting tools Ongoing management, auditing and creation of landing pages and recommend improvements to increase conversions. Run A/B and multivariate tests on forms, CTAs, page layout, and creative. Lead new content creation (blog posts, guides, seasonal content) to drive net new leads and support the customer lifecycle Coordinate with the Marketing Director to ensure campaigns align with promotions and business goals. Partner with the Marketing Director to test and scale new marketing channels, tactics, and campaign ideas Support marketing and sales collaboration and projects to enhance the customer lifecycle Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, direct mail, and out-of-home channels Support coordination of tradeshows as needed in coordination with the Marketing team Additional marketing support and projects as assigned by the Marketing Director Act as a flexible marketing generalist, stepping in where needed to support team priorities and evolving marketing needs Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing Hands-on experience with managing high-performing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Service Ads, GA4, and SEO tools. Experience with driving CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. Experience with Martech systems (Leap CRM, Hubspot, WordPress, etc). Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills. Experience in WordPress, GTM, GA4 Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with OTT/CTV, programmatic display Advanced SEO knowledge including schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO.
